We are located at the Victoria Sports and Social Club in Leigh Road. The Club forms a section within the Victoria Field Charity which was established to promote Sport and Recreation Facilities for the residents of Street and the Mendip Area. Membership of the Victoria Sports and Social Club is a pre-requisite to joining the Bowling Club.
VICTORIA (STREET) INDOOR BOWLING CLUB provides facilities for the coaching and playing of Indoor Bowls on a three rink full size carpet. The main season runs from late September until early April but the facilities are available throughout the year. Teams are entered in various County and National Competitions and opportunity exists to enter Club, County and National Competitions. The major use of the rinks is by internal leagues which operate both during the day and evening-although times are set aside for practice sessions.
Annual membership is £28 with a fee payable each time the green is used. This is currently £1.50.
